Understand our clients requirements

This is essentially the most important first stage of any project, A1 always conduct a full site visit to understand the clients’ requirements and gauge expectations. Day one of formalising the road map and understanding the breadth and depth of the project involvement.

A1 have a combined build experience spanning 60 years across the full trade spectrum, plus an intrinsic knowledge and the right connections to ease you smoothly through the planning, design and building regulation phases of any project.

We ensure our work is carried out to the highest standards and keep a constant channel of communication throughout to ensure the project is managed well and to the clients’ expectations. Our team of tradesmen work seamlessly together to give you peace of mind throughout the project. Our cohesive way of working ensures that any build issues that may arise are resolved quickly, causing minimal delay and averting escalating costs.
